Marine conservationists among prestigious Whitley Award winners
Marine biologist Naomi Longa and her team of coral divers in Papua New Guinea, along with Cameroon manatee expert Aristide Kamla, were awarded the prestigious Whitley Award. The award provides £50,000 in project funding for their conservation efforts.
