Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is simple. We will accept returned merchandise within 30 days of the order date and give a 100% refund upon receiving the merchandise. We do not accept returns on merchandise orders more than 30 days ago.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, contact [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization. At that time we will give you shipping instructions as well.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns

Once you contact us for a Return Authorization, we will give you the address to ship the merchandise back to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
