Crossover Process Streamlined

Instructors crossing over to RAID can now be signed off by Instructor Trainers without needing Examiner status, simplifying the process. Master Instructor Trainers still can’t teach new specialties in this crossover. However, if candidates lack certain certifications, an Instructor Trainer or Examiner will assist and charge extra fees.
