International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame 2024 Inductees Celebrated at Ceremony on Grand Cayman
Four new members were inducted into the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame on September 28th, 2024, at a ceremony in Grand Cayman. These inductees are Margo Peyton, Claudio Guardabassi, John Thet, and Eric Sala, recognized for their significant contributions to diving and ocean conservation. Margo Peyton has helped certify over 8,000 children in scuba diving. Claudio Guardabassi played a crucial role in developing Brazil’s diving industry, while John Thet promotes safe diving practices and ocean conservation through multimedia initiatives. Eric Sala is known for his work in creating marine protected areas.
