The D/S Oldenburg is a wreck located off the coast of Vadheim, Norway, where the author conducted two dives. The first dive, taken alone, involved navigating in deep and dark waters to locate the wreck, which sank during World War II. The second dive explored deeper sections of the wreck with other divers, allowing for a safer experience with better equipment. The wreck lies between 80 to 230 feet deep and is notable for its eerie conditions and multiple hazards, making dives to this site adventurous for experienced divers.
