The KISS SIDEWINDER 2 is an innovative rebreather that improves diving experiences, especially in shallow waters. Initially, Patrick Widmann was skeptical of rebreathers, believing they were too complex for casual dives. However, after trying the original SIDEWINDER, he found it surprisingly easy and stable to use. The new design incorporates advanced features like a closed-flow scrubber and a modular port system, making it safer and more efficient. The project took years and faced many challenges, but they are now producing the first 50 units and plan to expand its features further.
