Anthony’s Key Resort Roatan Holds Lionfish Expedition
Anthony’s Key Resort Roatan organized a successful Lionfish Expedition led by experts Peter Hughes and Lad Akins, resulting in the removal of over 170 lionfish from Roatan’s reefs. Participants enjoyed workshops, dives, and cuisine made from lionfish, such as a ceviche cook-off.
