Breathe in, Breathe out, Repeat

Breathing underwater is different from breathing on land. Scuba divers must use their mouths to breathe, and air supply is limited. New divers should practice good breath control and learn to avoid breath-holding. Techniques like diaphragmatic breathing can improve lung capacity and gas exchange. Slower, deeper breathing will help manage air consumption and create calmness during dives.
