British scuba diver dies in Lanzarote
A 59-year-old British scuba diver tragically died from cardiac arrest while diving at Playa Chica in Lanzarote. The incident occurred around 12:30 PM on September 26, 2024. Bystanders helped remove the diver from the water, and emergency responders arrived to perform CPR but were unable to revive him. He was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation by the Civil Guard is underway.
