Dive Industry Young Professionals (DIYP) connects young divers under 40. It aims to inspire and support the next generation of dive leaders. Members include instructors, travel specialists, and marine scientists. DIYP offers networking and professional development opportunities. The first meeting is at DEMA Show 2025, and membership is free for the first year.
