Donald Trump pardons divers convicted of theft for freeing sharks

Two divers were pardoned for freeing sharks caught on a fishing line. They believed the fishing operation was illegal and saved 19 sharks. The longline also contained a goliath grouper. Unfortunately, the fishing was legal and done for research. They reported the situation but were convicted of theft.
