Garmin launches Descent S1 Buoy for surface-underwater diver comms

Garmin has launched the Descent S1 Buoy for divers. This buoy helps scuba teams communicate with the surface while underwater. It uses sonar technology to send messages up to 100 meters deep. Divers can share their location and depth with surface support. The system improves safety and helps guide divers back to the surface.
