HEAD takes over Aqualung Group

HEAD Group has acquired Aqualung, which was facing financial trouble. Aqualung is known for making scuba gear, like regulators. HEAD plans to invest €50 million to improve Aqualung’s operations. This merger will save jobs and expand production in France, the UK, and Mexico. Aqualung started in 1943 and created the first modern scuba diving regulator.
