New rules for divers in Thailand: no cameras for newbies

Thailand has introduced new rules for divers and snorkelers to protect marine life. One major rule is that beginners cannot use cameras while diving. Divers must also maintain good buoyancy and stay at least two meters above coral to avoid damage. Each dive trip must have a certified supervisor, and there are strict ratios for guides to participants. These regulations aim to promote responsible diving and protect Thailand’s underwater environment.
