Pollution Tracker began in 2015 to study ocean pollutants in B.C. Researchers found over 550 harmful substances in 90 locations. The project led to the creation of guidelines to protect killer whales. It also pushed for clean-up efforts in contaminated areas. This research helps improve the health of our oceans for diving and wildlife.
