Tom Ingram will retire as head of DEMA in 2025. He led the Diving Equipment and Marketing Association since 2002. Under his leadership, DEMA evolved from a dive show to a trade group. Ingram helped the organization overcome challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic. The DEMA Board is searching for his replacement to continue industry growth.
