Shearwater has launched the Jetpack for Avelo diving gear. This new system replaces traditional tanks and weights with a Hydrotank and Jetpack. The Hydrotank adjusts buoyancy using compressed air or water. The Jetpack is a lightweight backplate with a battery-powered pump. This system offers better buoyancy control and underwater agility for divers.
