The Maldives set a new record for the most people snorkelling together. On October 18, 2025, 623 participants snorkelled in Baa Atoll. People from 13 islands and 15 resorts joined the event. They snorkelled in the beautiful outer reef at Villingilifaru Finolhu. This record shows the Maldives’ dedication to ocean preservation.
