Mutualism is when two marine species benefit from each other. Examples include clownfish and sea anemones, where each provides shelter and protection. Gobies and shrimp collaborate to guard their burrows from predators. Remoras attach to larger animals for food and cleaning services. Coral and algae work together for nutrients and oxygen, vital for their survival.
