Tom Ingram, DEMA President and CEO, Announces Retirement

Tom Ingram, DEMA President and CEO, is retiring at the end of 2025. He has led DEMA for 23 years, helping the diving industry grow. Under his leadership, DEMA grew in research, marketing, and communication efforts. Ingram has worked hard to unite diverse stakeholders in diving. The Board will start searching for a new leader soon.
