Tragedy as diver dies at Belize’s Lighthouse Reef

A 45-year-old American diver named Sagar Dhanasekhar drowned at Lighthouse Reef in Belize. He was part of a group of 18 divers but was found floating motionless about 40 meters from their dive boat. Although attempts were made to resuscitate him using CPR, he was pronounced dead at a local hospital. An investigation is ongoing to determine the exact cause of his death.
