Virtual Scuba Diving of The Great Barrier Reef with Google

Google created a 3D underwater map of the Great Barrier Reef. This allows people to explore the reef virtually using Google Maps. The team took many images every three seconds using a special camera. This project aims to raise awareness about protecting our oceans. It also helps researchers track changes due to climate issues.
