NAUI bids farewell to Spence Campbell, a significant figure in diving since the 1950s. A pioneer in the Pacific Northwest, he served as an instructor, researcher, and mentor, dedicating 35 years to NAUI as a dive instructor. Spence was passionate about diving physiology and established a hyperbaric chamber for research. He contributed to the development of diving education programs and was recognized for his achievements in the diving community, receiving honors from NAUI, including induction into the Hall of Honor.
