‘Dancing Mouse’ WW2 US destroyer wreck located

The wreck of the US Navy destroyer USS Edsall, known for its brave stand against the Japanese Navy during World War II, has been discovered in the Indian Ocean. The ship had endured a fierce battle before it was ultimately sunk by an air attack. This significant finding was announced by the US Naval History & Heritage Command on Remembrance Day, coinciding with the discovery made during an unrelated mission by the US and Royal Australian navies.
