Dive Guide Touching Marine Life [video]

Touching marine life is generally a bad practice, but a recent video showed dive guides actually grabbing marine life. This type of behavior is disturbing and goes against the idea of respectful interaction with ocean creatures. Most divers only touch marine life lightly, but grabbing it to perform for videos is inappropriate. It’s unclear how other divers reacted once they surfaced and if anyone addressed the guide’s actions.
