Women Who Tech Dive Sarah Heil-Brenny

Sarah Heil-Brenny is an experienced technical diver from Korea, living in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. She started with recreational diving and quickly became fascinated with cenotes, leading her to pursue cave diving certifications. Sarah enjoys the unique challenges of cave diving, where concentration and skill are vital. She emphasizes the importance of finding the right instructor and constantly learning from other divers. Despite challenges as a woman in a male-dominated sport, she encourages women to embrace technical diving and the rewarding experiences it offers.
