There be Dragons Here!
In medieval times, navigational charts included drawings of dragons to mark dangerous areas. In Wakatobi, divers may encounter a small sea creature that resembles these mythical dragons. This creature is a ribbon eel, which changes colors as it ages. It starts as a black male, turns blue, and can eventually become yellow when it changes to a female, a rare sight for divers.
