Woman dies on return from brief dive off Bali
An Australian diver, Pamela Philip, died after a dive at Manta Point near Bali. The 64-year-old was on a trip with her husband and part of a group of experienced divers. After diving for about eight minutes, she surfaced but complained of shortness of breath. Despite the crew’s attempt to perform CPR, she did not regain consciousness and was later pronounced dead at a clinic.
