Australian scuba diver dies at Nusa Penida’s Manta Point

An Australian woman, Pamela Philip, died while scuba diving at Manta Point in Nusa Penida. She was 67 years old and was diving with her husband and other tourists when she surfaced after eight minutes, struggling to breathe. Despite being assisted by the dive crew, she collapsed and was unconscious when they reached the boat. Efforts to revive her failed, and she was declared dead at a nearby clinic.
