DEMA & Scuba Retailers Write To Support The DIVE BOAT Act

DEMA and 40 scuba retailers have sent a letter to US Congress, urging support for the DIVE BOAT Act. The letter points out issues with the current Small Passenger Vessel Act (SPVA) that negatively affects the dive industry. Changes proposed in the DIVE BOAT Act include fair liability standards and protection against arbitrary punishments.
