2,500-year-old shipwreck discovered off Sicily

A 2,500-year-old shipwreck has been discovered off the coast of Sicily, revealing evidence of ancient trade with Greece. The wreck lies at a depth of six meters, buried under sand and rocks. Archaeologists highlighted an ancient boat-building technique used for the ship’s hull. Several anchors from different eras were also found nearby.
