Dive instructor jailed for filming female customer in shower

A scuba diving instructor in Hengchun, Taiwan, was sentenced to jail for filming a female customer in the shower at his dive center. The incident occurred in March when the woman discovered the instructor filming her and alerted others. He attempted to destroy the evidence by breaking and swallowing the memory card but was still arrested. The instructor caused the victim emotional distress and was sentenced to four months in prison under local laws about sexual privacy.
