Coral Reef Skyscraper Discovery Amazes Scientists

A new coral reef has been discovered off Cape York, Australia, that stands 500 meters tall, similar to the Empire State Building. This is the first major coral find in 120 years. It is estimated to be around 23 million years old. Researchers from James Cook University used advanced technology like remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) to explore and map this impressive reef and its marine life.
