In 2024, PADI achieved significant milestones in ocean conservation and sustainability. They partnered with NOAA to tackle coral bleaching and increased the number of certified AWARE Dive Against Debris divers by 42 percent. Together, divers have removed over 2.4 million pieces of debris and rescued more than 35,000 marine animals. PADI also expanded its commitment to marine protected areas and sustainability in the dive industry, with over 100 Eco Centers worldwide. As they look toward 2025, PADI aims to continue these efforts and inspire more positive change.
