Episode 200 Rob Hinton Hold Fast Challenges

Rob Hinton, a former Royal Navy Mine Clearance Diver, dedicates his life to diving. After learning to scuba dive in Cape Town in 1999, he had a 22-year career as a military and commercial diver. In 2021, he founded the Hold Fast Challenges to inspire people through diving experiences. His mission is to promote a positive mindset and a sense of community.
