Adjusting Our Strategy Amidst SCTLD
Reef Renewal Foundation Bonaire is adjusting its restoration strategy to combat Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease (SCTLD) by focusing on increasing the abundance of resilient coral colonies and enhancing genetic diversity through larval propagation. The organization plans to establish a land-based facility to support these efforts and ensure the long-term resilience of Bonaire’s coral reefs.
