From the Desert to the Reef, Finding my Home – My Journey to becoming Kyalami’s Resident Underwater Photographer
Grace Pempek, a scuba enthusiast turned underwater photographer, shares her journey from the Mojave Desert to the tropical waters of Florida. Initially fearful of scuba diving, she overcame her anxieties, got certified, and fell in love with the ocean. Through consistent diving, she advanced to become a PADI divemaster and joined the Kyalami Family as their resident underwater photographer. Grace now captures the beauty of South Florida’s underwater world, sharing her work through various platforms, and finds peace and fulfillment in her profession.
