AWARE Week 2024: Join PADI to Turn the Tide on Plastics and Influence Global Plastics Treaty
AWARE Week 2024, organized by PADI and the PADI AWARE Foundation, aims to combat marine debris from September 14-22. Divers are encouraged to participate in events that support the Global Plastics Treaty, which seeks to reduce ocean plastic waste. Activities include teaching the Dive Against Debris course, making every dive a survey dive, hosting cleanup events, and supporting a petition for stronger plastics legislation.
