Become a Cave Diver
To begin cave diving training, you need to meet certain requirements. TDI outlines three levels: cavern, intro to cave, and full cave. You must be at least 18 years old or 15 with parent consent, have an Open Water Certification, and a minimum of 25 logged dives. Good buoyancy, trim, and awareness are essential skills. Finding a qualified instructor and being open to learning are also important for safety and improvement in cave diving.
