“Bringing it Back” in August 2023 with the Coral Chronicles

In August 2023, efforts were made to rescue coral from extreme heat. Despite losses, many genotypes were saved by moving them to land-based facilities and partnership rescue missions. Resilience was noted in some reefs, with ongoing care to protect corals.
