Flat Shark Showcase
The Flat Shark Showcase highlights the urgent need for conservation of flat sharks, such as angel sharks and guitarfish, that are among the most threatened groups of elasmobranchs in the Mediterranean. Despite the collaborative efforts of various partners, conservation action is critical for several critically endangered species and other threatened rays, requiring better protection measures across the region.
