Garmin launches Descent G2 watch-style dive computer

Garmin has launched the Descent G2, a new dive computer that doubles as a smartwatch. It features a bright AMOLED display and is designed for various types of diving including recreational and technical dives. The G2 also includes a ‘dive readiness’ score that considers factors like sleep and stress before diving. Made from 100% recycled ocean-bound plastics, it has a battery life of up to 24 hours underwater and includes several useful tools for divers, such as GPS tracking and dive logging.
