Jennifer King, Prominent Women’s Diving Figure, Passes Away

Jennifer King, a prominent figure in women’s diving, passed away peacefully on December 11th. She became a certified diver in 1980 and was both a NAUI and PADI instructor. Jennifer founded the Women’s Scuba Association and served as the only woman president of the LA County Underwater Instructor Association. She was also one of the six founders of the Women Divers Hall of Fame, which recognizes the contributions of women in diving.
