Sea Apple, a type of sea cucumber, defends itself by being toxic and expanding in size to float away when attacked. It can expel toxic substances and sticky strands as a last resort. Sea Apples feed using tentacles and absorb oxygen through their hindgut. They are sometimes eaten as delicacies and used in fishing.
