Mermaid Dreams – Introducing Youngsters to the Underwater World
Introducing youngsters to the underwater world through mermaid programs, like PADI’s official Mermaid program, allows kids as young as 6 to learn mermaiding skills, history, safety, and experience swimming like a mermaid with a fin and tail. Starting young fosters comfort in water and good habits, but adults can also pursue the dream, with many opportunities for mermaids as performers at aquariums and events.
