James Lynott, a devoted underwater photographer from Scotland, has been capturing stunning underwater images since 2012. His favorite subjects are the diverse marine life found in Scotland’s cold waters, especially their biofluorescence. He uses specialized blue lights and filters to showcase the glowing colors of sea creatures such as anemones, crabs, and rays. Recently, he upgraded his camera to an OM System Micro Four Thirds rig to enhance his photography skills even further.
