Scientists report on small boat activities in the Vaquita Refuge on March 8th, with monitoring done by the Seahorse ship. Small boats seen entering different zones, with no net fishing observed. Some boats seen with nets, mainly outside the refuge. Vessels in refuge were only transiting.
