The search for a missing diver off the coast of Cornwall was called off on September 22, 2024. The diver was reported overdue by a dive boat around 11:00 am, prompting a major rescue operation. HM Coastguard sent helicopters and RNLI lifeboats to assist in the search near St Anthony Head. Despite extensive efforts by various agencies, including police and civilian boats, the search was concluded at 9:30 pm the same day, and the diver’s family was informed.
