The survey on dive training agencies aimed to identify credibility and trust, using a Net Promoter Score (NPS) scale. PADI was the most well-known agency. Only DAN scored above 20 in NPS, with PADI receiving low scores. PADI instructors preferred SDI over PADI. Top 3 agencies for tech and recreational diving were highlighted.
